This is training at the beginning of each camp session, introducing the foundational skills to develop the youth athlete.

Through Plyometrics, Functional Movement training, Core strengthening, Agility and Sports Vision work the athlete will increase athletic performance and reduce injury risk. Everybody can be an athlete if taught the right skills for success.

In partnership with Catherine Anderson at www.studio4pilates.com who has 15 years of experience in designing/implementing specialized movement programs for the novice through the elite athlete.
