This Coed program will focus on skills such as body position, arm position, tracking and footwork. We will use different types of balls including; oversized and Volley Lites and will be playing on modified nets to enhance the experience. There will be many fun activities to teach the game in an exciting way. Not only will we introduce the basic volleyball rules we will also teach manners and sportsmanship to ensure a positive experience for all.
