CORE July 28th - August 1st 11:00-12:00pm @ SEA CREST SCHOOL in Half Moon Bay, CA This is a one hour training session introducing the foundational skills to develop the youth athlete. Through Plyometrics, Functional Movement training, Core strengthening, Agility and Sports Vision work the athlete will increase athletic performance and reduce injury risk. Everybody can be an athlete if taught the right skills for success. In partnership with Catherine Anderson at www.studio4pilates.com who has 15 years of experience in designing/implementing specialized movement programs for the novice through the elite athlete.
